ophir's story

"If I can do it, anyone can do it."

1994 - 2002

MY TRANSITION TO REAL ESTATE:
In 1994 I moved to Los Angeles from Boston. I Worked with Warner Bros and Miller Boyett Productions.

At the start of my real estate career, I quickly realized that a license alone was meaningless without practical guidance.

While working at Coldwell Banker, I noticed a common trend: new agents, like myself, were lost without proper support, and the manager's vague advice to "just show up" left me feeling directionless. I, like many new agents, faced the challenge of doing tasks I thought were right but seeing no real results.

2002 - 2003

Struggles and Realizations

I worked tirelessly for months without a day off, only to realize my efforts were ineffective and left me without any business. In 2003, I had a turning point when I decided to start coaching with Mike Ferry, seeking the guidance and support I was missing.

Soon after, I became one of the first ten agents in all of Keller Williams in Los Angeles, marking the beginning of my success in real estate.

2006 - 2008

Rising to Success

I was honored with the title of #1 Team for all of Keller Williams in California. Following that achievement, is when I became one of the first ten coaches for Keller Williams offices.

In 2008, I coached my first agent, who earned $250,000 GCI and was recognized as the #2 rookie nationally in Keller Williams.

2009 - 2010

Realization and Transformation

In 2009, I took over as Manager for Keller Williams Hancock Park, a struggling office losing $30,000 a month. By developing a comprehensive coaching and training program focused on accountability, the office experienced a dramatic turnaround, rising from the bottom quartile to the top 10 within a year, even in a challenging market.

This success highlighted the importance of creating an environment rich in training and support that naturally attracts agents.

2010 - 2014

Testing and Refining the Success Formula

In 2011, the office was recognized for climbing from the bottom quartile to the top 10 among 800 Keller Williams offices, thanks to the refined methods I implemented for agent success.

However, in 2013, I faced a personal downfall and started using Crystal Meth, which led me to attend rehab for 3 months. There, I learned about trauma, PTSD, and essential coping mechanisms, achieving sobriety, and gaining a fresh perspective on both personal and professional growth.

2016 - 2022

Advanced Growth and The Birth of the Membership Site

In 2016, I began studying Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and became a Master Practitioner, integrating these techniques into my coaching methods. As a manager for Coldwell Banker, I transformed an office losing $400,000 a year into a $1 million profit within two years, leading to the addition of the Hancock Park office due to the success in other locations.

In 2022, after managing Compass Beverly Hills and overseeing $8 billion in transactions, I launched Real Momentum, focusing on a membership site dedicated to agent success through coaching, training, and accountability.

my story

YYYY

After two decades in the industry, I began to notice a trend.

More and more new real estate agents were lacking in their training. They wanted to improve themselves as agents, but they didn't know where to go. My goal then became clear to me...

I was going to help other real estate agents achieve the success that I had. I didn't want to see so many struggle tremendously only to come out the other end with lackluster results.

THE #1 LESSON

"The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear."
--Nelson Mandela

I used to be terrified of making deals with potential clients. It wasn't until I encouraged myself to face this fear that I realized I could take on anything in this industry.

That is the very first thing every agent must learn. I have had the privilege of teaching hundreds of agents how to use this fear as motivation. Now, they are achieving successes they never would have believed possible.

THE PERFECT BLUEPRINT

I will train you on how to keep a client engaged with the perfect words, stand out from other agents, and always secure a listing. You'll learn how to consistently attract new clients through your newsletter and stay at the top with a steady stream of new leads.

I have created a space where every real estate agent, whether brand new or seasoned, can become empowered to achieve their fullest potential. You too can become a top listing agent.

Our
values

Anchor our commitment to building careers

Resilience

The capacity to withstand or recover quickly from difficulties. The difference between a $40,000 producer and an $8,000,000 producer is one thing: the ability to get knocked down, get back up, and keep moving forward.

COLLABORATION

There is strength in numbers and modeling. Therefore, we always share best practices and refine them together.

TRANSFORMATION

You crave transformation, understand it's achievable, and recognize it's a simple process. One should always be transforming to become their ideal self.

EXCITEMENT

One must be excited about their purpose and mission, with strong, compelling goals to drive that excitement.

FINANCIAL ABUNDANCE

Achieving prosperity through strategic financial management and proactive wealth-building.

Foundational Lessons with Real Momentum

1. Change how you look at things and what you look at will change

Shifting from feeling like you’re bothering people to seeing it as your duty to assist with their real estate needs gives your actions purpose. If you don’t reach out, someone else will—and they might not care as much. Realizing your impact transforms your work into a mission, turning every connection into a chance to make a difference.

2. Choose Reasons or Results, Not Both

Results come when you stop making excuses. Focus on outcomes, not reasons why something won’t work. Catch yourself when making excuses and ask, "Am I avoiding lead generation?" Excuses are missed opportunities. By prioritizing results, you empower yourself to break through barriers and consistently advance in your career

3. Ego: The Enemy Within

Your ego creates obstacles and leads to self-sabotage. Crush it to thrive as a salesperson and leader. Conversely, if you lack confidence, assert yourself to build strength and energy. True growth occurs in the balance between humility and confidence, opening you up to learning, collaboration, and inspiring leadership.

4. Mind Reading is Career Suicide

Agents often fear they’re bothering people, but this is just mind reading. Such assumptions can sabotage your career. Be open, curious, and leave mind-reading behind. Believe in the value you bring, and others will too. Your perception shapes your reality, so choose a positive outlook to create more opportunities.

5. Embrace What Scares You

Growth happens when you confront your fears. Like asking someone out, it’s uncomfortable at first, but afterward, you feel empowered. Each time you push past barriers, especially self-imposed ones, you gain energy and confidence, becoming more resilient and resourceful.

6. Feed the Good Wolf

Inside each of us is a good and bad wolf. The one that wins is the one you feed. My bad wolf dominated until I consistently fed the good one. Transformation takes time and consistency. Daily choices that align with your higher self nurture traits that lead to success, guiding you toward the life and career you want.

7. Habits Shape Success

As adults, we create our environment through our habits. Ask yourself, "Do I have the habits of the person I want to be?" If not, identify those habits and surround yourself with an environment that supports them—like coaching, role play, and accountability. Your habits today determine your success tomorrow.

8. The Power of Group Accountability

Struggling alongside others who face similar challenges fosters growth and success. This collective effort is the essence of Real Momentum. Group accountability turns individual struggles into shared victories, creating a powerful dynamic where everyone is driven to succeed—not just for themselves, but for each other.

the spiritual lessons

of the universe

1

Change how you look at things and what you look at will change.

When you shift your perspective from thinking you are bothering people to believing it is imperative to reach out and assist them with their real estate needs, your actions become purposeful. When you don't reach out, someone else will, and they may not care as much as you do. This transforms your efforts into a mission.

2

You can have reasons or results, just not both.

You quickly start seeing results when you stop making excuses for why things won't work. Let go of reasons and focus on achieving tangible outcomes. Catch yourself when you want to explain why you couldn't or wouldn't do something. Ask yourself? "Is this a legitimate reason or not?" This will almost always be attached to reasons why you could not or would not lead generate.

3

Your ego is equivalent to the devil.

Our egos create most of the obstacles we face in life, leading to self-sabotage. Crush your ego at every opportunity and humble yourself to shine as a salesperson and leader. Conversely, if you lack confidence, assert yourself often to gain strength and energy.

4

Mind reading is the kiss of death.

Affirmations are the kiss of life. Agents often fear that people don't want them to call or stop by or think they are bothering people when they reach out to them, but this is just mind reading. They are so afraid of being considered a smarmy salesperson. (By the way, the people who usually tell you that calling or door-knocking to build a business is cheesy or smarmy are the ones you want to avoid at all costs and run away from).

If agents or salespeople don't have enough of their own limiting beliefs, those around them will offer them all of their limiting beliefs as well. Such assumptions and perceptions can sabotage your career. If you already know the outcome, why would you begin the journey? This is the mindset I came in with, and it almost destroyed my entire career before it began. Great News!! Every mindset can be transformed. Try being open and curious, and leave your mind-reading days behind.

5

Everything that makes you uncomfortable and scares you is that which you need.

Growth happens when you face and embrace your fears. Knowing your strengths and weaknesses is crucial for personal development. Have you ever asked someone out, and it was hard and painful and emotionally taxing as you contemplated and mind-read the results? Then you do it, and afterward, you feel amazing, wonderful, and proud of yourself regardless of the results.

No one feels good before or in that moment, and yet the energy you receive from the universe afterward empowers you. People do not always realize that every time you push yourself past major barriers, especially self-imposed ones, you gain energy and become comfortable.

6

There is a good wolf and a bad wolf inside each of us.

The one that wins is the one you feed more. This law will make or break us. My bad wolf dominated me in adulthood because it was massively strengthened by those around me in childhood. When I started consistently and with the intention of feeding the good wolf inside me, my good wolf became the one I embraced. This happens over time and is based on the consistency of what you feed yourself.

7

Habits maketh man.

While we are victims of our environment as children, as adults, we determine our environment. The habits and environment you create for yourself will dictate your results. Ask yourself: "Do I have the habits of the person I want to be?" If you don't know the answer, sit down and write out the habits you see would be attached to the person you want to be and put yourself in an environment that fosters and supports those habits, including coaching, role play, accountability, and following a plan.

8

Self-accountability is less powerful than group accountability.

When you struggle alongside others facing similar obstacles, you can support one another and create an environment that nurtures growth and success. This collective effort is the essence of Real Momentum.
