What is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)?
NLP (neuro linguistic programming) works with the language of our unconscious mind.
If we break down the name, "neuro" refers to the brain, "linguistic" to language, and "programming" to our patterning. NLP allows our mind to work for us, not against us.
In short: it’s the reason that our coaching gets such long-lasting results.
You’ll overcome your own limiting beliefs, disempowering thoughts, and walk away feeling empowered in your real estate career. With these NLP techniques, you'll also help your clients overcome their own blockages to reach their goals.

Program Schedule
This 90-day intensive program includes 3 days and 3 hours a week of coaching and accountability, delivered live, online.
You can expect your schedule to look something like this:
- Monday: NLP technique (1 hr)
- Wednesday: Real estate training (1 hr)
- Thursday: Systems training (1 hr)
- Friday: Small group accountability (30 min)

Dr. Laura Sims has over 15 years of experience in training & education and holds a Ph.D. and MA in History. Since 2017, she has worked with nearly 50 teams, brokerages, and companies in the real estate industry to develop and document their systems and training.
